Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SETCARD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SETCARD is a portfolio builder for DJs and musicians. It allows you to create, publish, and share a one-page portfolio accessible via a unique URL. The Service includes both a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the builder. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to SETCARD, including artist names, bios, photos, and links ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SETCARD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize SETCARD to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Free trials (14 days) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts are limited to one published portfolio. Pro-only features (photo gallery, merch links, unlimited portfolios, additional music tracks) require a Pro subscription.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep SETCARD available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your published portfolios will be removed and your data deleted within 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SETCARD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
